Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both the Family and Practice plans come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can explore every feature before committing.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing period.
Is my health data secure?
Security is foundational to HealthBridge Connect. All data is encrypted end-to-end, stored in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and we never sell or share your health information with third parties.
What does 'provider connections' mean?
A provider connection links your HealthBridge Connect account to a healthcare provider's system — like your primary care doctor, specialist, or pharmacy. Once connected, records, appointments, and messages sync automatically.
Do providers need to use HealthBridge Connect too?
No. HealthBridge Connect integrates with standard healthcare data formats (FHIR, HL7) and major EHR systems. Your providers do not need their own account for you to pull in your records.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Practice plans can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
